How it works

Booking

We appreciate how busy life is for young families. Use our straight forward online booking system, tell us where you’re based (we collect throughout England, Scotland and Wales), your contact number and the equipment you’d like cleaned together with any additional repairs or maintenance. 

Choose a date for collection or drop off in person if that’s more convenient. We’ll do the rest.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and are there for any questions you may have, just message or call us with your query.

We ask for full payment or a 30% deposit on the service cost to be paid when booking.

All prices include

  • Deep cleaning and sanitising of fabrics, frames & accessories
  • Servicing and checking frames, brakes, tyres and other mechanisms
  • Checking for any required repairs
  • Sealed packaging for safe use or storage

We communicate at every stage of the process to give peace of mind knowing where we’re up to, how much it will cost and when your equipment will be returned.

Cleaning

We check all equipment to ensure everything’s functioning correctly. That means checking frames, brakes, tyres are all working as they should. 

Whether it’s lubricating a squeaky wheel or tightening bolts and cables it’s all included in your price.

Repairs

If we find that replacement parts are required, we’ll always get in touch to talk you through what’s needed and confirm you’re happy for us to go ahead.

Safety is non-negotiable in our cleaning processes. All service work is carried out in accordance with equipment manufacturers’ recommendations ensuring every pram and car seat returns not just cleaner but also in full working order.
