  What a great company, they are amazing! From booking to collection, cleaning to returning it was smooth and timely. I was kept up to date with progress and delivery. Although my pushchair wasn’t the dirtiest it looks and smells amazing, I’m so pleased with the results and would highly recommend this service

  It didn’t work for me, the musty smell was still there when it arrived back. The pram was lovely and shiny but the smell they said they could remove was still present. So I had to clean myself afterwards anyway. For me it wasn’t worth the £89.

  Just received our pushchair and car seat and I am over the moon, it's like new! Would highly recommend, we were sent all necessary packaging to send our items off and they were collected by courier and returned by courier a week later.

  Thank you for getting my pushchair back to looking new again. Would recommend this company 100% communication was brilliant and service was spot on. My pushchair had been left outside in the shed for a couple of years so had some unforgiving marks on so sent off this pram parlour it now looks brand new again. Thank you

  Would 1000% recommend this company. Communication was fantastic, pushchair collected and redelivered on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My pushchair had been stored outside, however now expecting another baby it was in need of a deep clean and love the fact it gets disenfected too. It came back looking like new. Would definitely use them again in the future x R

  Just received my car seat back after it had been in the shed for nearly 2 years and it’s amazing not a single spec on it. For the money they do a fantastic job couldn’t recommend enough! 5 star service ⭐️

  I cannot recommend this company enough, I was devastated when a leak in our car boot meant our pushchair went mouldy over Christmas. The prices are very reasonable and the service is fantastic. my pushchair looks brand new again. Thank you so much 🙂

  Great service. Even through these times of Coronavirus lockdown they have picked up my pram earlier than booked, cleaned it and returned it all by post. It is like brand new. Thanks Pram Parlour.

  Had my pushchair travel system and car seat cleaned really done a good job I was little worried as the push chair seat was really bad and didn’t want to buy a whole new system. Was all cleaned and delivered within 7 days and was packed very well too! Defo recommend them!! Thanks again!

  Fab job done getting all the mould out of a buggy we thought we’d finished using 2 yrs ago. When I called them to say my baby had arrived early and was there any chance they could get my buggy and car seat back to me sooner, they bent over backwards for me and a day later, they delivered it back to us.   I was devastated when I pulled my pram out of storage to find it covered in mould spores and filth. I thought I had protected with the packaging when putting it away. After reading some reviews on here I thought I would give them a chance to fix it but honestly thought I would have to bin it and buy a new one all with one week to go before Baby was due. The booking process was simple and the collection and delivery service was excellent. Words can not describe how clean my pram is! It looks like new! Pram Parlour really have saved the day.   Sent my pram off last week for a freshen up and ive just received it back this afternoon. The pram wasnt dirty but just wanted it freshening up for babys arrival. Its looks like brand new! Colour is so much more vibrant and im convinced they have put new wheels on it there that clean lol. The delivery driver was absolutely lovely and such a friendly chap and the team themselves have been very helpful. I would 100% recommend to anyome who needs and pram or car sear or anything cleaning and bringing back to life!! 5 stars from me!!

  it's been over a month since I sent my enquiry and iv chased it up a few times with the promise that someone would get back to me and I'm still waiting. shame really as all the other feed back is brilliant. I'm quite disappointed

  Just had my pram system and car seat delivered back and I can not fault the pram parlour at all. Brilliant service from start to finish. Pram collected from my house, and delivered back all in plastic wrapping. It literally looks like new! I will be highly recommending. Thank you so much! X

  can not recommend these enough so happy with my pram and with such short notice of needing my pram set clean and brought bsck got collected on monday mouldy and dirty full of cat and dog hair and brought back brand new thank you so much so happy with it 🙂

  I recently had my pram cleaned, and it was in such a state I didn't think it would come back looking like new but it did 😊 also pram parlour are fast at replying to messages and keep u up to date on your pram situation. they had my pram for around a week but I would say that was very quick I highly recommend this company and they are trust worthy and reliable. thanks again for your service I am a very happy customer 😊
